Our philosophy
Care for the whole picture, not one reading
Diabetes touches the heart, kidneys, eyes and nerves. Consultations look at all of it, with improving quality of life and longevity as the main goal.
Type 2 diabetes
New diagnosis or long-standing. A clear plan for glucose control and regular review.
Prediabetes
Borderline sugars caught early, with lifestyle changes that can slow or stop progression.
Medication review
Oral antidiabetic drugs explained: what each one does, when to take it, and what to watch for.
Nutrition
Realistic changes to Indian home food and eating times, without crash diets.
Exercise
Walking, strength training and recovery, matched to your age, schedule and fitness.
Heart, lipids & kidneys
Cholesterol, triglycerides, blood pressure and kidney function, tracked to prevent complications.
Reading your report
What your HbA1c is telling you
HbA1c reflects your average blood glucose over roughly the last three months. It is the single number most patients bring to their first visit.
HbA1c reference ranges
% of haemoglobin · adultsbelow 5.7%
Healthy average glucose. Keep up the habits that got you here.
5.7 – 6.4%
A warning sign and the best moment to act. Lifestyle change works well here.
6.5% and above
Diagnosis is confirmed with a repeat test. Many people aim for below 7%; your target is set individually.
For general understanding only. Targets differ with age, other conditions and medication. Bring your reports and we will read them together.

Follow up
Repeat tests at sensible intervals, with the plan adjusted to how your numbers respond.
